紫外线对兔晶体上皮细胞损伤的实验研究

摘要:

目的      研究中长波紫外线(UV)对晶体上皮细胞的损伤。方法      应用中长波UV对活体兔眼照射后,光镜下观察晶体上皮细胞形态改变。电镜下观察晶体上皮细胞及细胞间超微结构变化。结果      活体兔眼被中长波UV照射后, 晶体上皮细胞形态及超微结构均有明显变化。结论     中长波UV与皮质性白内障及后囊下型白内障形成有关。

Abstract:

Objective      To study the effect of ultraviolet light (290-365nm) on the living rabbit lens. Methods      After rabbits′ eyes were radiated with ultraviolet light(290-365nm), the morphological changes and ultra-structures of epithelial cells were observed by an optical microscope and an transmission electron microscopy (TEM) respectively. Result      The morphology and ultra-structure of the epithelial cells were obviously damaged by ultraviolet light(290-365nm). Conclusion      Ultraviolet light(290-365nm) is related to cortical cataract or sub-capsular cataract.
