摘要：

目的比较3种方法在治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩时所产生疗效的差异，探讨选择出一种更安全、方便、有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者45例(84侧)的病历资料，按不同的治疗方法分为3组，A组：手术切除＋局部注射曲安奈德组；B组：手术切除＋咪喹莫特外用组；C组：手术切除(术中注射曲安奈德)+ 咪喹莫特组。结果 B组和C组疗效差异无统计学意义，但均好于A组。结论手术切除(术中注射曲安奈德)加咪喹莫特治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩疗效肯定，方法简单，易为患者接受和选择。

Abstract:

Objective To find a safe, effective,and convenient method to treat ear lobe keloid by comparing the efficacy of three different methods. Methods Forty-five patients(84 sides) were retrospectively studied. Cases were divided into three groups according to the methods applied, including group A for surgical excision and triamcinolone injection, group B for surgical excision and Imiquimod, and group C for surgical excision(triamcinolone injected in the operation) and Imiquimod. Results There was no significant difference between group B and group C, however, the efficacy of these two methods were better than group A. Conclusions Surgical excision with triamcinolone injected in the operation and Imiquimod is reliable and simple, and is easy for the patients to accept.
