三线减张鼻中隔成形术48例临床分析

摘要：

目的探讨鼻内镜下三线减张鼻中隔成形术在鼻中隔偏曲矫正中的优越性。方法回顾分析48例行三线减张鼻中隔成形术患者的临床资料。结果随访3个月~1年，48例鼻中隔偏曲术后均取得良好疗效，临床症状均消失，无术后并发症。结论鼻内镜下行三线减张鼻中隔成形术，方法简单易行，治疗效果好。鼻中隔畸形矫正充分，有利于术后鼻腔代偿性改变向着生理状态转化，最终恢复鼻腔-鼻窦生理功能。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the advantages of nasal septum deviation with three-line reduce tension septorhinoplasty under endoscopy. Methods Three-line reduce tension septorhinoplasty was performed on 48 cases. Results Followed up from 3 months to 1 year, all clinical symptoms were remedied, and no complications happened. Conclusions Septorhinoplasty of three-line reduce tension is easy to do and has advantages of micro-invasion, safety and effectiency, and is favorable in recovering nasal cavity sinuses physiological functions.
