摘要：

目的探讨特发性突聋患者预后不良与眩晕的关系。方法将我院收治的107例特发性突聋(ISHL)患者分为不伴眩晕组、伴眩晕组，对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果治疗有效率，不伴眩晕组为81%，伴眩晕组为51%，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论一般ISHL预后尚好，伴有眩晕的ISHL预后较差。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of concomitant vertigo on the prognosis of idiopathic sudden hearing loss. Methods 107 cases of idiopathic sudden hearing loss(ISHL)were divided into two groups depending on whether or not there was accompanying vertigo. Analysis of therapeutic effects on the two groups was perfromed. Results The effective rates for the cases with or without accompanying vertigo were 81% and 51%(P<0．05). Conclusion Prognosis of idiopathic sudden hearing loss with concomitant vertigo is poorer than in patients without it.
