摘要：

目的探讨应用恰当皮瓣修复面颈部皮肤组织缺损的方法。方法 32例面颈皮肤组织缺损患者共采用了旋转皮瓣、菱形皮瓣、鼻唇沟皮瓣、翻转皮瓣及前臂带血管游离皮瓣等方法进行皮肤组织修复。结果 32例均一期修复成功，满足了患者美观及生理功能的需求。结论旋转皮瓣、菱形皮瓣、鼻唇沟皮瓣在面颈部皮肤组织缺损中较为常用且术后恢复效果较满意，游离皮瓣需具备显微外科技术。

Abstract:

Objective To explore a suitable method to repair skin wounds on the face and neck with a skin flap. Methods 32 patients underwent skin flap repair, including rotation flap, rhomboid flap, nasolabial flap, flip flap or free forearm flap. Results All 32 patients were successfully repaired. The results were satisfactory. Conclusions Rotation flap, rhomboid flap and nasolabial flap are suitable methods to treat patients with face and neck wounds. Free skin flap depends on the skill of microsurgery.
