摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察膨胀期白内障继发青光眼手术前后的房角变化。方法采用白内障超声乳化术治疗21例(21眼)膨胀期白内障继发青光眼患者,应用眼前节OCT观察术前、术后房角的变化。结果术眼房角各项指标术后均有明显改观，眼压均有不同程度降低。结论眼前节OCT是一项客观、准确、方便的检查，白内障超声乳化术是治疗膨胀期白内障继发青光眼的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective To observe the changes of chamber angle before and after operation for glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract. Methods Anterior segment OCT was used to observe angle changes before and after operation in 21 patients (21 eyes) with glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract who accepted cataract phacoemulsification. Result All indicators of chamber angle were significantly improved and intraocular pressure was reduced after surgery. Conclusion OCT is an objective, accurate, and convenient inspection， and phacoemulsification is an effective treatment method for glaucoma secondary to intumescent cataract.
