摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨鼻腔黏膜接触点性头痛的诊断及鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。方法 2008年12月至2012年12月对65例头痛患者行鼻内镜检查，鼻窦CT扫描及丁卡因实验诊断为鼻腔黏膜接触性头痛者行鼻内镜手术治疗。结果所有患者随诊6个月以上，治愈52例(80.0%)，显效10例(15.3%)，无效3例(4.0%)，临床总有效率为95.3%。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻黏膜接触点性头痛，治疗效果良好，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the diagnosis and effect of nasal endoscopic operation in treatment of nasal mucosa contact point headache. Methods A total of 65 cases underwent nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scanning. Results Followed up for 6 months, 52 cases were cured (80%), 10 cases (15.3%), invalid 3 cases (4%), the total clinical efficiency rate was 95.3%. Conclusion Endoscopic operation is useful for nasal mucosal contact point headache.
