摘要: 目的 探讨和评估可穿戴设备应用于儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)诊断的可行性。 方法 随机抽查48例患儿,同步进行可穿戴设备和多导睡眠监测(PSG),其中46例数据有效,分析和比较两者得出的有关OSA诊断的数据。 结果 可穿戴设备与PSG监测结果相比较,两者的氧减指数(ODI)中位数分别为3.55(2.12,10.04)次/h和3.23(1.12,8.89)次/h,平均血氧分别为(95.93±1.67)%、(95.52±1.27)%,最低血氧饱和度分别为(83.80±7.47)% 、(85.63±6.41)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),可穿戴设备诊断OSA的敏感度为88.89%,特异度为60%,准确度为82.61%,KAPPA值为0.49;可穿戴设备操作耗时及费用均少于PSG。 结论 可穿戴设备能够准确得出血氧饱和度和氧减指数,判断OSA具有较高的准确度,且操作简便,费用较低,可用于OSA的筛查以及手术前后病情变化的评估。
