摘要: 目的 报道1例PRK术后23年屈光回退行SMILE补矫病例,探究SMILE作为表层屈光手术后屈光回退二次补矫手段的可行性。 方法 本例23年前因近视行双眼PRK,术后屈光回退,眼部条件符合SMILE专家共识要求,行SMILE二次补矫手术,并结合相关文献进行总结。 结果 术中激光扫描顺利,角膜基质透镜分离取出顺利,术后随访双眼裸眼视力均超过术前最佳矫正视力。 结论 本病例旨在为临床开展以SMILE作为表层屈光手术后屈光回退二次补矫手段提供参考。
