摘要: 目的 探讨TNF-α和IL-8在突发性聋患者血清及外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中的表达及其临床意义。 方法 选择突发性耳聋患者44例作为实验组,健康志愿者32例作为对照组,分别测定血清和PBMC上清液中的TNF-α和IL-8的浓度以及PBMC细胞中TNF-α和IL-8的mRNA表达水平。 结果 TNF-α和IL-8在实验组患者血清中的浓度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNF-α和IL-8在PBMC上清液中的浓度明显增加,且在PBMC细胞中mRNA表达水平显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 TNF-α和IL-8的浓度在突发性聋患者体内升高与内耳的免疫介导机制密切相关,提示炎症反应在突发性聋的发生中起着重要作用,为突发性耳聋的诊断及治疗提供新思路和方法。
