摘要： 目的研究高血压视网膜病变(HRP)患者血浆内皮素-1的表达及其与视网膜病变的相关性。方法选择HRP患者120例,其中Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级HRP患者各60例,60例健康体检人员作为对照。抽取外周血,应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平,并分析HRP严重程度与ET-1水平的关系。结果对照组、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级HRP患者血浆ET-1含量依次增加,分别为(46.4±10.8)、(80.9±13.2)、(98.6±11.7)pg/mL,总体差异有统计学意义(F=296.54, P=0.029)。结论 ET-1水平异常可能与高血压视网膜病变的发生有一定关系。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of endothelin-1(ET-1)in patients with hypertensive retinopathy(HRP)and to evaluate the association between ET-1 level and HRP. Methods A total of 120 essential hypertensive patients with HRP, including 60 patients with grade I HRP and 60 with grade II HRP, were recruited. Sixty healthy subjects were selected as control group. The concentration of ET-1 was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay technique. The relationship of HRP and ET-1 was analyzed. Results The level of ET-1 was(46.4±10.8),(80.9±13.2)and(98.6±11.7)pg/mL in control, grade Ⅰ HRP and grade Ⅱ HRP groups respectively, which increased sucessively, and there was statistical significance among three groups(F=296.54, P=0.029). Conclusion ET-1 level anomalies are related with hypertensive retinopathy.
