摘要: 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者中常见软腭平面狭窄,解除该平面狭窄最经典的手术方式是悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)。本文以UPPP为基础,对OSAS患者软腭平面的各种手术方式及疗效进行综述。
