Abstract: ABSTRACT]Objective: To evaluate the correlation between CD4+CD25+Treg cell and laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: Peripheral blood was assembled from 30 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and 13 healthy persons. The flow cytometry was used to detect the percent of CD4+CD25+Treg cell, and the enzymelabeled immunosorbent assay was used to detect the content of TGFβ,IL10 and IFNγ. Results: The percent of CD4+CD25+Treg cell in peripheral blood of laryngeal carcinoma was higher than that of healthy persons [(8.72±1.54)% vs (4.64±0.93)%] (P<0.05), and the content of TGFβ,IL10 in peripheral blood of laryngeal carcinoma was higher than that of health persons[(10.96±1.19)?pg/ml vs (6.77±0.72)?pg/ml, and (15.87±2.17)?pg/ml vs (1.8±2.5)?pg/ml, respectively](P<0.05), whereas the content of IFNγ in the laryngeal carcinoma was lower than that of the healthy persons 〔(16.67±8.39)?pg/ml vs (21.98 ±9.64)?pg/ml〕(P<0.05). Conclusion: CD4+CD25+Treg cell increases in the peripheral blood of laryngeal carcinoma and down regulates the tumor immunity mediated by T cell.
