Abstract: To explore the relation between allergen reaction and the pathogenesis of irritability rhinitis and bronchus asthma. Method: Skin prick test was performed in 100 cases of irritability rhinitis and 100 cases of bronchus asthma. Result: Inhalational and edible allergen, especially the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and the dermatophagoides farinae were significantly higher in bronchus asthma than in irritability rhinitis. Conclusion: The reaction degree for allergen may have some relation with the pathogenesis of diseases, and so forepart prevention for irribility rhinitis is necessary.
