摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨鼻腔、鼻窦解剖异常与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。方法分析450例患者的CT片，从中分出鼻窦炎组和对照组（无鼻窦炎组），对450例患者存在的鼻腔、鼻窦解剖异常, 如中鼻甲气化及反向歪曲、鼻丘气房、鼻中隔高位偏曲、Haller’s气房、钩突肥大及钩突移位等进行统计分析。结果鼻腔、鼻窦解剖异常在鼻窦炎组与对照组的发生率差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论鼻腔、鼻窦解剖异常与慢性鼻窦炎有相关关系。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship of anatomic abnormality in the nasal cavity and the nasal sinus with chronic sinusitis. Methods 450 patients were divided into the sinusitis group and the control group ( normal group without sinusitis). Prevalence of different anatomic abnormality such as pneumation and paradoxical curvature of the middle turbinate, agger nasi cell, upper nasal septal deviation, haller’s cell, uncinate process hypertrophy and uncinate process shift were calculated and analyzed by computed tomography. Result The prevalence of anatomic abnormality between the two groups was differently significant (P＜0.01). Conclusion Anatomic abnormality in the nasal cavity and the nasal sinus may be related to chronic sinusitis.
