摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对于分泌性中耳炎（SOM），根据病位在“肺”、在“肝胆”与在“脾胃”的不同，以及病理性质属“瘀”等四个方面来辨证论治，并根据不同情况配以滴鼻、咽鼓管吹张术、鼓膜穿刺术﹑鼓室置管术等进行综合治疗。

关键词: 中西医结合；分泌性中耳炎；概况

Abstract: For secretory otitis media (SOM), clinical physicians used to apply the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine according to the disease origin of Lung, Liver and Gallbladder, Spleen and Stomach, as well as the pathological nature of stasis. Nasal drip, inflation in the Eustachian tube, tympanum paracentesis, and tube indwelling in tympanic cavity were added to accompany the comprehensive treatment. So, this paper reviewed the general situation of SOM from the perspective of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM).
