摘要:
声门型喉蹼由于术后再次粘连的发生率高,治疗较棘手。既往多采用喉裂开、T型硅胶管置入、球囊扩张等方法治疗,但创伤大、并发症较多,且疗效不佳。近年来逐渐尝试应用喉显微外科治疗该病,并取得一定成效。
