4 630例屈光手术前患者免疫四项检测结果分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析激光角膜屈光手术前患者乙型肝炎病毒表面anti-原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒anti-体(anti-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体anti-体(anti-TP)和免疫缺陷病毒anti-体(anti-HIV)4项指标的感染情况,规范手术管理。方法采用酶联免疫法对拟行激光角膜屈光矫正手术的患者4 630例(9 200眼)进行上述四项感染指标检测,并对结果进行回顾统计分析。结果 4 630例受检者总阳性检出率为3.02%(140例),HBsAg、anti-HCV、anti-TP和anti-HIV的阳性检出率分别为2.13%(99例)、0.19%(9例)、0.62%(29例)和0.06%(3例),男性感染阳性率高于女性(χ2=8.04,P=0.01),男性HBsAg和anti-HIV发病率高于女性(χ2=16.11,6.05,P均<0.01)。结论激光角膜屈光手术前检测患者的感染指标有助于了解其感染状态,降低手术源性感染风险,提高手术的安全性。

Abstract: Objective To study and analyze the test results used for the detection of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-Treponema pallidum antibody(anti-TP)and anti-HIV in patients, prior to refractive surgery and to standardize the surgical management. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect four different indicators of infection in 4630 patients and the results were analyd retrospectively. Results The observed total positive rate, in the 4630 patients involved in the study, was 3.02% (n=140). The positive rates observed for HBsAg, anti-TP, anti-HCV, and anti-HIV were 2.13% (n=99), 0.62% (n=29), 0.19% (n=9), and 0.06% (n=3), respectively. In the present study, the total positive rate and the positive rates for HBsAg and anti-HIV were observed to be higher in male patients, compared to female patients (χ2 was 8.04, 16.11 and 6.05, respectively, P<0.01). Conclusions Detection of infection indicators, prior to laser corneal refractive surgery, can aid in understanding the infection status of patients, which helps in decreasing the risk of infection and enhances the safe implementation of the surgical procedure.
