摘要: 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征在儿童中发病率逐渐增高,它不仅影响儿童睡眠质量,还会导致心肺功能及多系统功能损害,影响儿童的生长发育。肺功能检查作为一种无创的检查手段,可以在早期发现儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对小气道造成的影响,从而及早进行干预。对近年来儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与肺功能关系及治疗前后肺功能变化做一综述。
