摘要: 目的 探索镍钛合金支架与双蒂带状肌筋膜瓣联合修复重建犬喉支架和组织单侧大范围缺损的方法和效果。 方法 采用比格犬10只,切除右侧甲状软骨板前1/2以及相应的声室带组织,将镍钛合金支架与右侧甲状软骨板残端固定,右侧双蒂带状肌筋膜瓣翻入喉腔与声室带残端缝合,完全包裹支架。术后定期观察喉部创面以及镍钛合金支架与周围组织的愈合情况。 结果 10只实验犬,1只广泛皮下和纵膈气肿死亡,9只术后存活良好,无呼吸困难。术后第7天、14天、1个月喉镜检查,喉部创面有少量肉芽组织增生,术后3个月、6个月增生的肉芽组织消退,喉腔创面光滑。 结论 镍钛合金支架与双蒂带状肌筋膜瓣联合修复重建犬喉支架和组织大范围缺损,只要手术方式选择得当,可以取得比较好的效果。
