摘要: 颈动脉爆裂综合征(carotid blowout syndrome, CBS)是由颈动脉及其分支破裂而造成的好发于头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗后的严重并发症。以放疗为首要治疗的鼻咽癌患者容易出现放疗后靶区周边组织坏死以及肿瘤复发,致使鼻咽癌放疗后CBS发生比例显著升高。由于颈动脉爆裂的高死亡率和高致残率,鼻咽癌CBS对临床医师而言无疑是一个巨大的挑战。为提高临床医生对鼻咽癌治疗后并发CBS的临床处理能力,基于国内外指南及近年相关研究报道,制定了鼻咽癌治疗后并发CBS的临床处理专家共识。本共识从CBS的发病机制、危险因素及影像学特征出发,详细阐述了CBS应急处理、综合处理策略、临床护理要求及预防方案,以期为进一步提升鼻咽癌治疗后CBS的治疗水平提供相应的理论依据及临床指导。
