Progress on the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis

Abstract:

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common disease in the Department of Otolaryngology that is a focus and difficult problem in the long-term clinical and research. The researches in recent years have in tendency to the effect of many factors, from genetic, allergic and anatomical factors. Its etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear, which brings some difficulty to clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRS. In this study, we try to explore the pathogenesis of CRS and find out more effective method of treatment and therapeutic targets.
