摘要: 以案例为基础的教学(case based learning, CBL)已广泛用于耳鼻咽喉科教学,然而将标准化病人(standardized patients, SP)引入耳鼻咽喉科CBL教学的工作尚在起步阶段。SP进课堂对于激发学生学习兴趣、培养学生临床技能与临床思维、增进学生沟通技能与人文关怀具有重要意义。结合自身的带教经历,谈SP在耳鼻咽喉科CBL教学中的应用。

Abstract: Case-based learning has been widely used in otolaryngology education. However, the application of standardized patients in case-based learning is still in its infancy. It plays an important role in stimulating students’ interest in learning, cultivating their clinical skills and clinical thinking, enhancing their communication skills, and promoting humanistic care. In this paper, the application experience of standardized patients in case-based learning in the Department of Otolaryngology. The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, is summarized.
