摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的检测高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGBl)在慢性鼻窦炎患者血清中的表达水平并探讨其临床意义。方法选取32例鼻窦炎患者,其中Ⅰ型鼻窦炎24例,Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型鼻窦炎8例,并选取同期正常志愿者8例作为对照组,志愿者均排除患感染性或肿瘤性等有可能引起血清HMGB1高迁移的疾病。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测所有研究对象血清中HMGBl水平。结果 (1) 鼻窦炎患者血清HMGBl水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05);(2) Ⅰ型与Ⅱ、Ⅲ型鼻窦炎患者血清HMGB1含量水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者的血清HMGBl水平高于正常人,可以作为鼻窦炎患者的血清检测指标,同时为将HMGB1作为鼻窦炎患者新的治疗靶点提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB1)in chronic sinusitis patients. Methods A total of 32 sinusitis patients were enrolled in this study, of which 24 were type Ⅰ sinusitis, 8 were type Ⅱ sinusitis or type Ⅲ sinusitis. Meanwhile 8 healthy volunteers confirmed without infectious diseases or neoclassic diseases served as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)was applied to test cases’ serum HMGB1 level. Results (1)Sinusitis patients had higher level of serum HMGB1 than the control(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference of serum HMGB1 between type Ⅰ sinusitis patients and type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ sinusitis patients. Conclusion Chronic sinusitis patients have higher level of serum HMGB1 than normal people. Serum HMGB1 may serve as serum detection index for sinusitis patients. In addition, it provides the theoretic foundation for therapeutic target of sinusitis.
