不典型喉旁间隙异物1例并文献复习

Atypical foreign body in the paralaryngeal space: a case report and review of literature

摘要: 目的 探讨不典型喉旁间隙异物的临床诊治优良方案,为避免喉异物及喉旁间隙异物的误诊和漏诊提供参考。 方法 回顾性分析1例不典型的喉旁间隙异物患者的临床资料,并复习喉异物相关文献。 结果 该例患者通过电子鼻咽喉镜结合CT检查,术前明确喉旁间隙异物,术中在内镜及低温等离子技术辅助下成功将异物取出,术后恢复良好,患者无特殊并发症,疗效满意。 结论 临床症状不典型的喉异物或者喉旁间隙异物易漏诊或者误诊,通过详细询问病史、体格检查及电子鼻咽喉镜结合高质量CT检查可有效避免,同时内镜及低温等离子技术辅助下喉旁间隙手术是一种较好的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of foreign bodies in the paralaryngeal space, to provide a reference for avoiding misdiagnosis. Methods The clinical data of a patient with a foreign body in the paralaryngeal space were analyzed retrospectively, and the relevant literature on foreign bodies in the larynx was reviewed and summarized. Results Foreign bodies in the paralaryngeal space were identified by electronic nasopharyngoscope combined with CT examination and successfully removed using endoscopy and plasma technology during the operation. The curative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Laryngeal foreign bodies with atypical clinical symptoms may be easily misdiagnosed. Detailed inquiry of medical history, physical examination, and electronic nasopharyngoscope combined with high-quality CT may help avoid misdiagnosis effectively. Similarly, surgery in the paralaryngeal space assisted by endoscopy and low-temperature plasma technology is a better treatment method.
