摘要: 目的 探讨急性会厌炎患者的血清胆红素水平变化及其对急性会厌炎预后的影响。 方法 采用单中心回顾性病例对照设计,纳入急性会厌炎患者105例、声带小结患者52例进行对照研究。收集患者一般临床资料、住院时长、胆红素水平以及炎症指标。对两组之间胆红素水平差异进行比较。通过相关性分析以及多元线性回归模型评估年龄、胆红素以及炎症指标与急性会厌炎患者住院时长之间的关联,及进一步分析胆红素与炎症指标之间相关性。 结果 入院时急性会厌炎患者与对照组相比,胆红素水平升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。急性会厌炎患者出院前与入院时相比,胆红素降低(P<0.001)。相关性分析结果显示患者住院时长与入院时胆红素水平呈负相关(P=0.030),而与年龄、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归模型显示,患者入院时胆红素是住院时长的独立影响因素(P=0.003)。患者入院时胆红素水平与全身炎症指标白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞绝对值以及淋巴细胞绝对值之间未发现线性相关。 结论 急性会厌炎患者血清胆红素水平升高,胆红素可作为急性会厌炎患者潜在的风险评估指标。
