摘要: 目的 探讨外伤性鼻腔鼻窦异物的临床诊治方案,以避免临床漏诊误诊,并为外伤性鼻腔鼻窦异物的治疗提供临床参考。 方法 回顾性分析1例巨大鼻眼贯通、颅底嵌顿异物损伤患者临床资料,并复习鼻腔鼻窦异物相关文献。 结果 该例患者结合病史与CT检查明确鼻窦异物诊断,术中鼻内镜联合眼外径路成功将异物取出,患者术后恢复良好。 结论 鼻腔鼻窦异物是耳鼻咽喉科常见急症,一些外伤导致的鼻腔鼻窦异物常常给临床诊治工作带来困难,通过详细询问病史、影像学检查、鼻内镜检查,可以为诊断提供依据,避免漏诊误诊。外科医生必须根据具体情况灵活选择术式,其中鼻内镜手术逐渐成为首选治疗方法。
