摘要: 目的 探讨喉神经内分泌癌的临床表现、病理类型、治疗手段及预后。 方法 回顾1例会厌原发神经内分泌癌患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。 结果 喉神经内分泌癌的确诊主要依靠病理学检查,病理类型不同,肿瘤的生物学行为、治疗方案及患者预后均存在显著差异。 结论 喉神经内分泌癌治疗仍有争议,最佳治疗方案仍未确定,对于术后淋巴结转移阳性的患者,辅以放疗可能有助于提高患者预后,对于颈淋巴结阴性的患者,是否有必要放化疗仍值得商榷。
