喉鳞癌组织中抑癌基因Maspin和转录因子Ets1的表达及意义

The significance of Maspin and Ets1 in laryngeal squamous carcinoma.

摘要: 目的 探讨在喉鳞癌组织中抑癌基因Maspin和转录因子Ets1的表达及意义。 方法 采用免疫组织化学(EnVisionTM)法检测70例手术切除的喉鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌旁组织中Maspin、Ets1的表达。 结果 Maspin、Ets1在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Maspin的阳性表达率与肿瘤直径、组织学分级、TNM分期及增殖活性Ki-67相关(P<0.05);Ets1的阳性表达率与组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及增殖活性Ki-67相关(P<0.05)。Maspin、Ets1在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达呈负相关性(P<0.01)。 结论 Maspin、Ets1共同参与了喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展,其表达反映了喉鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度,有利于进一步阐述喉鳞状细胞癌演变的相关机制。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the significance of Maspin, an anti-oncogene, and the transcription factor Ets1 in laryngeal squamous carcinoma. Methods The expression of Maspin and Ets1 was evaluated in 70 samples of laryngeal squamous carcinoma and 30 samples of non-cancerous adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry(EnVisionTM, Fuzhou Mai Xin Biological Ltd. Co., China). Results The difference in the positive rates of expression of Maspin and Ets1 between the laryngeal squamous carcinoma and adjacent samples was statistically significant(P<0.05)Positive expression of Maspin was associated with tumor size, histological classification, TNM staging, and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05). Additionally, positive expression of Ets1 was associated with histological classification, TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05). However, there was negative correlation between the expression of Maspin and Ets1 in laryngeal squamous carcinoma. Conclusion Maspin and Ets1 are involved in the progression of laryngeal squamous carcinoma; their expression not only reflects the malignant degree of laryngeal squamous carcinoma, but also is helpful in further expounding related mechanisms in the development of laryngeal squamous carcinoma.
