摘要: 扁桃体手术术后口干是常见并发症,可能导致患者出现不良情绪,甚至会影响患者的言语、吞咽、呼吸等功能,降低患者的生活质量及术后满意度,需要引起关注,但目前对于扁桃体术后口干的发生机制少有描述,对于扁桃体术后口干的治疗效果并不确切,论文主要就扁桃体术后口干的发生机制及防治进行综述,以通过术中加强对于扁桃体周围黏膜、腺体及神经的保护,减少术后口干发生率,为临床扁桃体术后口干的防治提供参考。
