新型颈托式受水器在外耳道冲洗中的临床应用效果研究

Clinical effect of new neck brace receiver in external auditory canal irrigation

摘要: 目的 设计、制做颈托式受水器,并探讨其在外耳道冲洗中的应用效果。 方法 将201例耵聍栓塞、真菌性外耳炎需外耳道冲洗的门诊患者,按照随机数字表格法分为观察组(101例)和对照组(100例)。观察组采用新型颈托式受水器行外耳道冲洗,对照组采用传统的金属弯盘受水行外耳道冲洗。 结果 观察组冲洗时间(P<0.001)、患者的舒适程度(P<0.001)、患者遵医配合度(P=0.013)、患者的满意度(P=0.017),以上4项观察指标观察组均高于对照组漏水量对照组与观察组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.78)。 结论 采用新型颈托式受水器进行外耳道冲洗盛水,可提高工作效率、增加患者的舒适感,使患者满意,增加患者的依从性,尤其适合患儿使用,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To design and manufacture a neck brace water receiver and discuss its effect on external auditory canal irrigation. Methods A total of 201 outpatients with cerumen embolism and external auditory canal infection needing external auditory canal irrigation were randomly divided into an observation group(101 cases)and a control group(100 cases). In the observation group, the external auditory canal was irrigated with a new neck brace. However, the external auditory canal was irrigated with a metal bent plate in the control group. Results The flushing time(P<0.001), patient comfort(P<0.001), compliance degree(P=0.013), satisfaction(P=0.017). in the observation group were all higher than in the control group. The difference in water leakage was not statistically significant between both groups(P=0.78). Conclusion The new neck support water receiver for external auditory canal flushing water can improve work efficiency, increase patient comfort and satisfaction, and increase patient compliance; it is especially suitable for children and worthy of clinical promotion.
