ABCLOVE嗓音训练法对声带良性增生性病变手术患者嗓音功能的影响

The effect of ABCLOVE voice training method on voice function in patients undergoing surgery for benign proliferative lesions of the vocal cords

摘要: 目的 探讨ABCLOVE嗓音训练法用于声带良性增生性病变手术患者对嗓音功能恢复的影响。 方法 选取声带良性增生性病变患者96例,均择期行支撑喉镜下手术,根据治疗方案分组,分为观察组(48例)、对照组(48例)。观察组术后予以ABCLOVE嗓音训练法进行发声训练治疗,对照组予以术后常规治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、嗓音障碍指数量表(voice handicap index, VHI)、GRBAS评分、嗓音声学分析。 结果 治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1、3个月,2组VHI、GRBAS评分均有下降,且观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05);术后1、3个月,两组jitter、shimmer均有下降,观察组下降明显(P<0.05);术后1、3个月2组HNR均有升高,且观察组升高更为明显(P<0.05)。 结论 ABCLOVE嗓音训练法能有效恢复声带良性增生性病变手术患者的嗓音功能,改善患者的发音问题和纠正不良的用嗓习惯,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ABCLOVE voicetraining method used in surgical patients with benign proliferative lesions of the vocal folds on the recovery of voice function. Methods 96 patients with benign hyperplastic lesions of the vocal folds were selected for elective braced laryngoscopic surgery, and were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a control group(48 cases)according to the treatment plan. The observation group was treated with ABCLOVE voice training method for postoperative vocal training, and the control group was treated with postoperative conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy, voice handicap index(VHl), voice hoarseness assessment(GRBAS)and voice acoustic analysis were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); 1 and 3 months after surgery, the VHl and GRBAS scores of the 2 groups decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05); 1 and 3 months after surgery, the jitter and the shimmer of the 2 groups decreased, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05); 1 and 3 months after surgery, the HNR of the 2 groups increased. HNR were elevated in both groups, and the elevation was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion ABCLOVE voice training method can effectively restore the voice function of surgical patients with benign proliferative lesions of the vocal folds, improve their articulation problems and correct bad voice habits, thus improving their quality of life.
