摘要: 突发性感音神经性听力下降(SSNHL),是指72 h内突发,原因不明的感音神经性听力损失,至少在相邻三个频率的听力下降≥30 dB HL,其中一个可能的病因就是内耳出血;然而,常规MRI序列仍很难发现内耳出血。现有研究表明3D-FLAIR MRI序列有可能敏感地发现SSNHL患者中的内耳出血。综述了临床上应用3D-FLAIR MRI序列评价内耳出血所致SSNHL的相关研究。
