息肉样脉络膜血管病变诊疗进展

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of polypoid choroidal vasculopathy

摘要: 息肉状脉络膜血管病变(PCV)的特点是眼底可见橘红色病灶,吲哚菁绿血管造影显示一个或多个高荧光即息肉样病变,伴或不伴有异常的分支血管网和浆液性和(或)出血性的视网膜色素上皮的脱离。PCV因其独特的临床表现及较高的发病率受到越来越多的关注。随着科学及医疗技术的进步,新的检查设备、疗法和药物被眼科界采用,使得对PCV的认识、诊断与治疗迈向了新阶段。对 PCV在诊断和治疗方面的进展进行综述。

关键词: 息肉样脉络膜血管病变, 诊断, 治疗

Abstract: Polypoid choroidal vasculopathy(PCV)is characterized by visible orange lesions on fundoscopy. Indocyan-nine green angiograph depicts one or more hyperfluorescent polypoid lesions, with or without abnormal branching vasculature, and also serous and hemorrhagic retinal pigment epithelial detachment. Because of its unique clinical features and higher incidence, increasing attention is being paid to PCV. With advances in science and medical technology, new screening devices, therapies, and drugs are being adopted, all of which has led to a new phase in the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of PCV. This article reviews the progress of PCV in terms of its diagnosis and treatment.
