嗓音训练应用于声带息肉术后的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of voice training on vocal cord polyp surgery

摘要: 目的 探讨嗓音训练应用于声带息肉术后的疗效。 方法 选取92例接受声带息肉切除术患者作为研究对象,所有患者随机分为实验组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)两组。两组患者均行喉显微声带息肉切除术,对照组术后给予金嗓散结丸口服治疗4周,实验组在对照组基础上术后1周起联合嗓音训练治疗3周,术后4周两组同时结束治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后嗓音障碍指数(VHI)评分及嗓音声学参数值。 结果 脱落病例6例,86例完成研究。治疗前实验组与对照组VHI评分及嗓音声学参数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组VHI评分及嗓音声学参数值较治疗前均改善(P<0.001);治疗后实验组较对照组VHI评分及嗓音声学参数值显著改善。 结论 嗓音训练可促进声带术后功能恢复,提高嗓音质量,疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of voice training on vocal cord polyps after surgery. Methods Ninety-two patients who had undergone vocal polypectomy in the department of otolaryngology of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University between September 2019 and March 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All the subjects were randomly allocated to the experimental(n=46)and control (n=46)groups. Laryngeal microvocal polypectomy was performed in both groups. The patients in the control group received oral treatment with Jinsang Sanjiewan for 4 weeks after surgery. The experimental group received a combination treatment, including voice training for 3 weeks after 1 week after surgery. The treatments were completed simultaneously in both groups 4 weeks after surgery. The VHI score and voice acoustic parameters of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Six patients did not complete the study; 86 did. There were no significant differences between the VHI scores and voice acoustic parameters of the experimental and control groups before treatment(P>0.05). The VHI scores and the voice acoustic parameters of the two groups improved after treatment(P<0.001). After treatment, the VHI scores and voice acoustic parameters of the experimental group significantly improved compared with those of the control group. Conclusion Voice training can significantly promote functional recovery after vocal cord surgery and voice quality.
