90例耳鸣患者心理声学特征研究

Psychoacoustic characteristics of 90 tinnitus patients

摘要: 目的 研究耳鸣的心理声学特征,调查耳鸣患者性别、年龄、心理状况与残余抑制效果的关系,探索耳鸣的正确预防及有效治疗方法。方法 对93例以耳鸣为第一主诉的患者,用听尼特TM耳鸣综合诊断治疗仪进行耳鸣心理声学测试,对相关结果进行统计学分析。结果 耳鸣主调声类型以纯音窄带居多,主调以较高频率居多。耳鸣的频率与听力损失频率有较高的一致性。结论 患者的耳鸣残疾度量化表(THI)得分不同,其掩蔽后效抑制效果存在差异。THI得分较高的患者中,男性的后效抑制效果优于女性。

Abstract: Objective To study the psychoacoustic characteristics of tinnitus by investigating the relationship of gender, age, THI and residual inhibition with tinnitus. Methods 93 tinnitus patients underwent psychoacoustic tests with TinniTest-1000A, and the results were analyzed. Results The tinnitus frequency was closely related with the frequency of hearing loss. Conclusion There were significant deviations in THI score for different residual inhibition and therapeutic efficacy. In the patients with higher THI scores, the significant deviations in residual inhibition and therapeutic efficacy between male and female were noted.
