摘要: 目的 以柏树花粉过敏所致变应性鼻炎(AR)为研究对象,探讨大气污染物对变应性鼻炎严重程度的影响。 方法 招募柏树花粉AR患者81例,2016~2018年间每年在柏树花粉授粉期间记录患者每日鼻结膜炎症状评分,同时从中国气象局气象数据中心获取气象数据,从国家环境监测站数据库获取大气污染数据,应用多元线性回归分析探讨大气污染物浓度对于AR日均症状评分的影响。 结果 在控制柏树花粉浓度与气象因素影响的前提下,AR患者日均症状评分与大气中SO2浓度有统计学意义的正相关,多元线性回归分析显示其相关系数=0.038, 95% CI (0.004, 0.072), P=0.027;而大气中PM2.5, PM10, CO, NO2, O3指标的浓度与AR日均症状评分均无统计学意义的关联。 结论 柏树花粉过敏性AR患者的症状严重度受到大气污染物的影响,SO2浓度越高,AR症状越重。
