低中频下降型突发性聋听阈恢复后残留耳鸣治疗体会

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨低中频下降型突发性聋听阈恢复后残留耳鸣治疗方法及疗效。方法应用舒血宁注射液、醋酸泼尼松片、天麻素注射液、利多卡因注射液、氢氯噻嗪片及甲钴胺注射液综合治疗10 d,观察治疗有效率。结果治疗10 d后(总有效率为93.13%,痊愈率为66.41%)及1年后随访(总有效率为93.33%,痊愈率为63.81%)。结论诸药物综合应用治疗低中频下降型突发性聋听阈恢复后残留耳鸣,疗效显著,药物价格低廉,不良反应少。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the treatment and efficacy of residual tinnitus after the recovery of threshold of low frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods Shuxuening injection, prednisone acetate tablets, Gastrodia elata injection, lidocaine injection, hydroch-lorothiazide tablets and mecobalamin injection were used in combination for 10 days. The curative effect was observed. Results The treatment yielded good curative effect: the total effective rate was 93.13%, and the cure rate was 66.41%. After 1-year follow-up, the total effective rate was 93.33%, and the cure rate was 63.81%. Conclusion The combined use of drugs is effective. All drugs are cheap, and there is few side-effect.
