儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床诊疗现状

摘要： 儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(UACS)是临床较为常见的慢性疾病,是引起儿童慢性咳嗽的主要原因之一。由于病因复杂,发病机制尚不明确,病症、病理又牵涉儿科、耳鼻咽喉科、呼吸科及免疫科等多个学科,因此应加强科室相互合作。针对儿童UACS的流行病学状况、发病机制的最新研究、诊疗指南和治疗方案的最新进展进行综述,并对今后规范、科学、有效地诊治儿童UACS提出了新的思路和方法。

Abstract: The upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)is a chronic disease commonly observed in pediatric clinics. Its pathogenesis is not clear and involves pediatric, otorhinolaryngology, respiratory, immunology, and other disciplines. In this paper, we present a comprehensive review of the recent advances in the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of UACS in children; we also put forth new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of UACS of the same.
