摘要: 儿童时期患病毒性上呼吸道感染容易导致鼻窦炎发病率高且易反复发作,是常见病之一。抗生素在以往的中外鼻窦炎诊疗指南中,均被放到一线治疗地位。然而儿童与成人在解剖学、病理生理过程以及伴发疾病等各因素的比较上均存在明显差异,因此近年在儿童鼻窦炎的诊疗过程中抗生素是否属于一线治疗一直存在争议。现回顾国内外文献,对抗生素治疗儿童鼻窦炎的作用进行讨论。
