慢性鼻窦炎分型研究进展

摘要: 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)是由不同发病机制、不同临床表现、不同预后的鼻窦炎症组成的异质性疾病谱,分为不同的表型和内在型。CRS是鼻科临床诊疗的难治性疾病,在对本地区患者进行临床表型和内在型分型的基础上,针对不同分型患者制定针对性的诊疗策略,这是精准医疗观念指引下的CRS临床诊疗发展方向。

关键词: 表型, 精准医疗, 鼻-鼻窦炎, 慢性, 内在型

Abstract: As a heterogeneous disease, chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)is divided into different phenotypes and endotypes, presenting a disease spectrum with distinguished pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and prognosis. For such an intractable disease, it is essential to establish personalized treatment according to individual subtype within local patients.
